ARG-Software 'Return policy'

  • Before deciding to purchase our software, please be sure to download, install, and test-drive the evaluation versions that we provide.

  • Under NO circumstances we will issue a refund on software where the license (key/registration code) has already been sent to the customer.

  • We go to great lengths to produce a trial version with which customers can ensure their satisfaction and system compatibility. This allows our customers to make an informed purchasing decision.

  • Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be duplicated. Once a license has been issued, it is unfortunately not possible for us to recall all copies. Therefore, ARG-Software does not accept product returns or exchanges.

You are expected to be satisfied with the product before purchasing. There is NO EXCEPTION from this policy, no matter whether you find that the software is incompatible with your specific software configuration and/or hardware configuration, after you have received your license (key/registration code).

You must testdrive our software before you decide to buy it! This is in your very own interest to avoid incompatibilitiy issues with your computer system.

Special terms and conditions for subscriptions:

  • Subscriptions are valid starting with the day of an order.
  • ARG-Software is not obliged to release a certain number of new controls or updated controls within your subscription period.
  • Due to the nature of the service: no refunds on the subscription fee.

Before you can submit your order, you must confirm that you do agree to the above conditions and terms by checking a 'I accept ...' checkbox on the order page itself:

By placing an order for any of your software products and/or services you do confirm that

  • you have downloaded and tested the trial version(s) of the software product(s) before

  • you have checked our product(s) for system compatibility with your own PC system and configuration

  • you know that a refund is impossible once the registration eMail(s) have been sent to you

  • you accept this return policy as displayed above
